Question: Who do I contact if there is a problem with the property (i.e. can't work the television, got lost, there's a water leak, etc...)?

Answer: We provide 24/7 phone support for all clients that are currently staying as or guest. In addition to that we also provide a property book for you first to review, please check the book (kitchen counter). Our guests are always provided a book with detailed instructions for the house (how to work the heaters, the spa, the TV, etc...). This book also includes contact phone numbers for local services as well as a Toll-free number for you to contact us directly 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. Please do not hesitate to contact us early on...


Question: Is it possible to hold an event during my stay?

Answer: Yes and No, some properties allow and are often used for events. Most properties are privately gated, lavishly decorated, and extremely grand: perfect for romantic weddings, anniversaries, and special events. All properties require a 3-Day Minimum rental plus an additional event fee. This fee is to cover the on-site butler during the event, extra wear and tear on the property, the "down" days in which the property cannot be rented until the additional cleaning and any repairs have been completed, and the convenience of having the event in an amazing location. Question: I am interested in getting married in and holding my ceremony or reception at one of the properties?

Answer: Yes and No, some but not all properties allow weddings. Please contact an AnewVacation representative for more information (Toll-free: 866-475-7225 ext 0 or Local: 702-948-8689).Properties that allow weddings usually offer lush landscaping, private gates and are the perfect location for a small wedding or event of any kind. Although, there is a maximum capacity for an event will vary from property to property. Please note: There is an additional event fee anytime there are more than 20 people on the property. You are only charged an Event Fee if you have a one-day event with more than 20 people... this fee is to cover on-site butler during the event, the additional wear and tear on the property, the additional cleaning required, the "down" time between rentals to accommodate the additional cleaning and repairs, and the convenience of having the event right on the property. Because there is still a 3 night minimum stay for the property, we have found that most wedding couples utilize the bedrooms to house their families and/or some friends on the days before or after the ceremony. A great alternative to the ever important rehearsal dinner... utilize family or friends or hire the Personal Chef to prepare your dinner right at the property. You get to enjoy all of the benefits of a relaxing atmosphere, a gourmet dinner, a clean-up crew, and cozy and unhurried atmosphere.

 

Question: I am considering renting a property for my company during an upcoming conference. What are the benefits to a vacation rental over the hotels?

Answer: Many guests have found that many of our properties to be the ideal "Conference Rentals".

  • Abundant open spaces and conference areas to review, plan, and brainstorm as needed At the set rate (no additional fees), you can open up the property up to 20 individuals during the day. Whether in work or entertaining mode, this presents a perfect opportunity for Client Appreciation or for Coworker Interaction.
  • Common spaces that encourage interaction and bonding among coworkers.
  • Amazing savings on MEALS... whether you plan on preparing your own meals or having a personal chef take over the preparation and cleanup, the in-house kitchen will eliminate the need to struggle through dinner in a crowded and expensive restaurant where you can barely hear the rest of your team (if you can even get a reservation). Let meals be easy or another opportunity for interaction and discussion.
  • Plenty of entertainment and unwinding opportunities (i.e. pool, games, movies, pool table, bar, etc...)
  • A private estate can make the difference between a frenzied conference your team survives and a team-building experience that benefits all.

 

Question: Are there any additional fees associated with this property?

Answer: The additional fees associated with any properties are...

  • Final Cleaning Fee: $500 - This fee covers the cleaning and restocking to prepare the property for the next rental.
  • Deposit: $3000 - This deposit is to cover amenities and damages incurred during the visit and will be returned as applicable within 15 days of checkout.
  • Pool Heating Fee: $100 per rental day - This fee covers the additional cost of utilities to heat the pool.
  • Event Fee - Prearranged: $2000 per event rental day. Not Approved Event Fee: $3000 per event.
  • Maid and Cleaning Services: $50 per hour.

 

Question: Where can I obtain food for my stay?

Answer: You have a number of food options for your stay...

  • Personal Shopping: There are a number of grocery stores, markets and shopping nearby every property...
  • Grocery Delivery: Online shopping and home delivery for as little as $15 delivery fee...
  • Personal Chef: If you hire the Personal Chef to take care of your meals, then they can do all of the shopping and food preparation for you.

 

Question: Are pets allowed on the property? ( Please contact us for more information. (Toll-free: 866-475-7225 ext 0 or Local: 702-948-8689).

Answer: Unfortunately, most Anew Vacation properties are not set up to accommodate pets. Our properties are lavishly furnished with custom furniture, bedding, and drapes designed with luxury in mind. Even though pets are an integral part of families and every owner believes their pet to be perfectly behaved but accidents do happen. We do not believe that the next visitors should have their stay dampened by chew marks on furniture, runs in carpet, stains on the floor, or allergens left behind. We want this to be the perfect getaway for everyone who visits.

 

Question: May I smoke inside the property?

Answer: Absolutely not; All Anew Vacation properties are NON SMOKING. If you need to smoke while staying at any of our properties, then please do so outside the property. If you are found smoking on the property, then it is grounds for immediate eviction of your entire party without refund and deposit will be charged a $3,000 smoking fee plus any additional costs to repair the smoke damage. If you are found to have smoked on the property after Check-Out, then your credit card or deposit will be charged a $3,000 smoking fee plus any additional costs to repair the smoke damage. (Please Note: This fee is the minimum required to clean carpets, furniture, drapes, walls, cabinets, bedding, floors and more.

 

Question: Are there any restrictions imposed upon the property during my stay?

Answer: The only other restrictions are that, for medical reasons, it is a LATEX-FREE property (i.e. no balloons and/or latex gloves, etc...). Please Note: Small and/or personal latex items are acceptable (i.e. rubber bands, condoms, etc...). We realize that this restriction may affect some party decorating plans but have found that most renters have adjusted with Mylar balloons, flowers, or other decorations. If you are found using EXCESSIVE latex products on the property, then it will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund and your credit card or deposit will be charged the authorized $3000 fee. (Please Note: This fee is not punitive and is required to block out the days required and to clean carpets, furniture, drapes, walls, cabinets, bedding, floors and more...)

 

Question: I would like to use the swimming pool while I am here, is it heated?

Answer: Yes, the pool can be heated. However, you will find that the Las Vegas sun provides a heated pool from May through October (typically at 80 to 95 degrees). If you require additional pool heating then the pool can be heated for $100 per rental day - This fee covers the additional cost of utilities to heat the pool.

 

Question: What is included with butler services?

Answer: The butler is automatically included with each Anew Vacation rental and is part of the daily rental fee. Each day (between 10am and 2pm), our butler will...

  • Make reservations for dinner or a show
  • Straighten up the kitchen and house (light cleaning)
  • Empty the dishwasher (if needed)
  • Remake the beds for each bedroom ( If you do not wish to have your room made up please close your bedroom door.)
  • Replace any used bath or pool towels (for water conservation purposes, we ask that you hang up towels that are still clean)
  • Straighten up the bathrooms
  • Remove trash from throughout the property

 

Please Note: You are responsible for the overall upkeep of the property. This includes cleaning the kitchen, throwing away your garbage, and putting items back where they belong. When you check out, all dishes and kitchen items should be loaded into the dishwasher (the dishwasher should be set to run), property furniture and items should be returned to original position, and all garbage should be deposited into the garbage.

 

Question: Will the property be completely empty or will Anew Vacation provide some staples?

Answer: Anew Vacation provides a wide variety of staples and supply's... Included with your rental are the following essentials:

  • 2 sets of 600 thread count Egyptian Cotton bed sheets (per room - fitted bottom sheet and flat top sheet)
  • 1 blanket (per room)
  • 1 comforter (per room)
  • 2 sets of bath towels per person
  • Assorted pool and/or spa towels
  • Toilet paper
  • Paper towels
  • Trash bags
  • Common household supplies (i.e. dishwashing detergent, laundry soap, etc...)
  • Common condiments (i.e. ketchup, mustard, salt, sugar, etc...)
  • All kitchen utensils (i.e. pots and pans, serving utensils, spices, etc...)

 

Question: Is telephone and internet service provided?

Answer: Yes, both features are provided free of charge... Phone service is free with in the United States. Internet service is cable broadband to 10 mbps that you can connect to via your own wireless internet ready device that supports 802.11 a/b/g/n
