Guests can enjoy Bose sound system in every room, outside, and by the pool. The villa has its own well, and water is piped into the house via an osmosis filtration system, so there is delicious fresh water always available.

Outside includes stables and paddock, a large saline pool, an external dining area, an external kitchen, a sauna and shower complex, bathroom, massage and beauty room, workshop, laundry and a 4 car garage. There is a huge organic vegetable and herb garden and many fruit trees, with a field of oranges to the front and figs, almonds, olives plums, damson and quince among others to the rear. A basketball net, trikes and bikes, football goals, petanque court, ping pong table, and a huge football table can be enjoyed by all guests.

The property has stunning views of the mountains. It is located only 3 km from the sea and 11 km from Palma, the capital of the Balearics. Mallorca is hilly, like Tuscany; and the property is in the hills, where the temperature is cooler with refreshing breezes in the summer.
